Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation:

1.1. Cancellation Before Delivery:

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. To cancel, please contact us at sales@mauribuy.mu with your order number and cancellation request.
  • If your order has already been processed or delivered or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our return policy for further instructions.

1.2. Cancellation After Delivery:

  • Once your order has been delivered or shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may refuse the package upon delivery, and the item will be returned to us. Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

2. Refund Policy:

2.1. Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging.

2.2. Non-Refundable Items:

  • The following items cannot be returned or refunded: perishable goods (such as food, flowers), intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items.

2.3. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at sales@mauribuy.mu with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Our team will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

2.4. Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping or delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

2.5. Refund Processing:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

3. Damaged or Defective Items:

3.1. Reporting Damages:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sales@mauribuy.mu with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.

3.2. Filing a Claim:

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

4. Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at sales@mauribuy.mu with your order number and details of the issue.
